NutraBloom Essentials is free from gluten and lactose, and does not contain genetically modified ingredients. The capsule shell is made from HPMC, which is vegetarian-suitable.

Each pack contains 90 capsules. At the recommended dose of one capsule per day, this provides a 90-day (three-month) supply.

NutraBloom Essentials is produced in an EU-compliant manufacturing facility operating under current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards for food supplements.

Take one capsule per day, preferably with a meal and a full glass of water. There is no specific time of day required - consistency matters more than timing. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of one capsule.

Simply continue with your next capsule the following day. There is no need to take an extra capsule to compensate.

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days following phone confirmation. Standard UK delivery typically takes a further 2-4 working days. Tracked delivery is used as standard.

Yes - you can cancel at no cost at any point before the order is dispatched. Simply mention this during the confirmation call, or contact us by email or phone as soon as possible after placing the order.

Yes. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an unopened pack, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
