These Terms govern your use of https://viktoriayordanova.bg/ and the purchase of NutraBloom Essentials from VIKTORIA YORDANOVA ("we", "us"), g.k. Hristo Botev-NorthYuzhen, ul. “Krushevo” 5, 4030 Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

1. Acceptable Use

You may use this website for lawful personal purposes. You must not use the site in any way that breaches applicable law, is fraudulent, or interferes with other users' access. You must be aged 18 or over to place an order.

2. Ordering and Sale Conditions

How orders work: Submit your name and phone number via our order form. This is a request - not a binding order. A contract is formed only when one of our team members calls you to verbally confirm the order and you accept.

Prices and currency: All prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. The price displayed at the time of ordering (£24.99 for one pack of NutraBloom Essentials) applies to your confirmed order.

Payment: Payment is made on delivery - in cash or by card to the courier. No payment is taken online. We do not store card details.

Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel at any time before the order is dispatched, at no charge. Please mention this during the confirmation call or contact us immediately by phone or email.

3. Limitation of Liability and Supplement Disclaimer

NutraBloom Essentials is a food supplement, not a medicine. The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not make any representation that use of NutraBloom Essentials will produce a particular result. To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the product or website, other than liability that cannot be excluded by law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel and return an order within 14 calendar days of receipt, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. 6. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any dispute quickly and informally. Please contact us in the first instance at info@viktoriayordanova.bg. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK law.
